the match between barcelona and chelsea just concluded. barcelona were 3-2 victors on aggregate. looks like mourinho will have to wait for that champions league silverware with chelsea. juventus on the other hand were lucky to go through on the away goals rule thanks to a blunder by bremen's keeper.

the other result, rangers were knocked out by villareal on the away goals rule.

and poor thorpedo had to back out of the commonwealth games due to bronchitis.
